The officer will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and updating various AML/KYC reports, conducting internal audits of client files, and acting as the Compliance Officer for supervised clients or funds. They must also review and deliver AML training materials and maintain the AML framework in line with regulatory requirements.

The HR Business Partner will take full responsibility for all HR aspects of an international remote group, partnering with leadership to design organizational structure, define roles, and implement scalable operating models. They will also support managers through coaching, performance frameworks, and developing key HR metrics to inform strategy.
