The Estimator supports sales and projects staff by developing design and engineering solutions for sales opportunities, ensuring estimates are accurate and up to date, and assisting with daily sales and project activities. Key duties include providing complete project engineering, material selection, labor estimating, writing scopes of work, and tracking site conditions for accurate cost development.

The VDC Specialist is responsible for creating, setting up, managing, and populating design and construction models using software like Revit, generating documentation, and running internal clash detection tests. This role also involves participating in project VDC coordination meetings, managing 3D models for submission, and leading coordination between VDC, design, and operations teams to resolve field issues.

The BIM Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of BIM projects, including designing the system, modeling, coordination, overseeing installation progress, and completing a full as-built deliverable. This role also requires meeting with clients, contractors, and other project staff.
