The Clinical Director is responsible for building and leading a high-performing clinical team, driving operational excellence, and delivering clinical results and growth across the region. Duties include supervising clinical staff, ensuring standardized high-quality care, overseeing clinical supervision, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The Staff Provider will work with a team to facilitate rapid-access intakes and provide enhanced medical support during the early weeks of treatment, heavily utilizing telemedicine. They will also provide longitudinal maintenance care to a panel of members and support colleagues by covering medical questions when needed.
