Attorneys will take full ownership of civil litigation cases throughout their lifecycle, from initial assessment to resolution, ensuring all deadlines are met through diligent management. They will also work collaboratively with the team to devise and implement strategic solutions that protect client interests and achieve optimal litigation outcomes.

Attorneys take full ownership of cases from inception to resolution, handling all day-to-day responsibilities including drafting pleadings, summarizing medical records, and writing status reports to clients. Responsibilities also include taking and defending depositions, handling arbitrations, arguing motions, and attending court appearances.
