The Proposal Management Lead is responsible for leading sole-source and competitive proposal activities, overseeing end-to-end proposal development including market forecasting, competitive analysis, and resource management. This role involves serving as a key business partner to various departments to ensure compliant, compelling, and profitable bids aligned with long-term growth strategy.
