This role leads North American processes for technical accounting and controls supporting treasury and stock compensation, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements for external financial statements. Key accountabilities include partnering with Treasury and Executive Rewards teams on technical accounting for financing strategies and stock compensation, contributing to financial close processes, and driving process excellence.
