This role supports 2-3 hotels in the Americas by interpreting business analytics into tactical strategy and providing focused expertise, guidance, and direction to the hotel Revenue Management Team, primarily focusing on room revenue with a growing emphasis on total revenue management.

Assist Assistant Director of Finance with general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations, supervise payroll/accounts payable/cashiering, maintain internal controls and month-end processes, prepare financial statements and daily revenue reports, and develop finance staff while supporting other departments.
