The Cyber Specialist Co-Op will join the Cyber Threat Operations and Engineering Team, assisting senior members with the day-to-day operations and monitoring of security infrastructure technologies used for prevention, detection, and response to security incidents. This includes supervising alerts, managing ticket queues, responding to service desk incidents, and processing change requests.

The role involves crafting, integrating, and managing complex systems while focusing on producing high-quality solutions and improving existing technology systems through orchestration and automation. The co-op will participate as a cross-functional team member, continuously evaluating processes to enable the customer base.

Responsibilities include communicating engineering solutions based on Company Global Engineering Standards to clients.

The Co-op will join the Identity and Directory Services Team, focusing on daily operations for identity and directory services technologies supporting enterprise authentication and authorization services. Responsibilities include supervising ticket queues, responding to incidents, processing change requests, and resolving technology issues related to Microsoft AD and associated technologies.
