Own integration delivery and solve complex client problems for large payer/TPA accounts. Build and tune AI agent workflows to automate diagnostics and deliverables, manage Jira intake and delivery cadence, serve as primary client escalation contact, and communicate delivery status to senior stakeholders while supporting cross-account troubleshooting.
