The Production Systems Engineer manages all aspects of their specialized discipline (Audio, Video, or Lighting) concerning event pre-planning, on-site management, equipment maintenance, and post-show activities. This role involves acting as the subject matter expert, interfacing with project managers, designing systems with warehouse leads, and managing large venue systems.

The Director is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and securing business across all products and services, managing the entire sales process from outreach and consulting through to closing deals. Key duties involve prospecting new accounts, building pursuit strategies, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining strong client relationships post-sale.

The Producer is responsible for the successful planning, management, and execution of production events, implementing processes for consistency and optimizing resource deployment. This role serves as the primary customer contact post-sale, partnering with senior staff to execute complex shows while ensuring delivery within budget and scope.

The Business Development Representative is responsible for the initial sales steps, focusing on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and setting appointments to generate new business opportunities. This role acts as a bridge between marketing and sales, driving pipeline growth by identifying, researching, and engaging potential clients.

The Associate Producer oversees or contributes to live event treatments, video scripts, live presentations, and production elements, while also participating in budgeting and tracking support functions for production elements. This role involves producing live program event segments, managing small to medium events or portions of large-scale events, and managing individual production elements and deliverables.

This role involves leading tactical business decisions by developing and providing data analysis, reporting complex patterns, insights, and trends to enhance the data landscape. The analyst will also serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and mentorship to more junior team members.
