The Director of Marketing will own the growth plan and execution to increase net-new users/help seekers month-over-month, while also actualizing the refined brand positioning to build adoption for a service many people do not yet know exists. Responsibilities include owning day-to-day execution across multiple channels, supporting partner referral pathways, shaping content strategy, and managing marketing operations and budget.
