This non-tenure track faculty role primarily focuses on teaching undergraduate and graduate Human Factors courses in online modalities, maintaining a standard teaching load, and contributing to course development and continuous improvement. Faculty will also support program initiatives, engage in student mentoring, and maintain professional engagement relevant to human factors practice.

Support ionospheric research by developing in-situ instruments, analyze data from experiments, manage students, and collaborate with scientists.

The Sponsored Research Contract Administrator manages pre and post award activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and overseeing project budgets while liaising between stakeholders.

Serve as the on-site advisor for Embry-Riddle at MCAS Miramar providing academic advising, student success coaching, registration support, outreach, compliance, site operations oversight, community relations, and coordination with university leadership to support retention and program delivery.
