The Cost Certification Accountant prepares, reviews, and reconciles LIHTC cost certification workpapers for new construction and rehabilitation projects, supporting the full cost certification and audit process by validating project costs and performing necessary reconciliations. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, Development, and Construction teams to ensure accurate measurement of eligible basis and final credit sizing.
