Geotechnical Discipline Lead – Levees, Dams, Coastal Structures

The role involves leading engineering analyses and developing preliminary and detailed designs for flood risk management system components like levees and floodwalls, while serving as the Geotechnical Engineer of Record on major resilience projects. Responsibilities also include growing and mentoring a geotechnical team, developing client relationships across municipal, state, and federal markets, and leading large, complex design efforts from strategy through execution.
