Professional Services Reporting Specialist

This role serves as a liaison for DeltaUSA business activities, monitoring and auditing provider network access and adequacy for Medicaid and Medicare business, while working closely with various internal divisions on compliance and network requirements. Key duties include conducting regular network adequacy audits, developing departmental policies, assisting with recruitment strategies, and generating various provider and group reports.
