The consultant will serve as a subject matter expert leading end-to-end data migration activities across Workday implementations, translating legacy data into Workday-ready formats for Financial Management, HCM, and Payroll streams. Key duties include developing conversion strategy, executing iterative testing loads, and leading data cutover activities in close collaboration with delivery teams and client stakeholders.
