The role involves communicating with company driver applicants throughout the onboarding process to recruit, select, and hire qualified individuals for driving roles nationwide. Key duties include sourcing candidates, engaging them via various communication methods, and accurately updating the Tenstreet ATS with all relevant candidate data.
