The Senior System Validation Engineer will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining software tools, test frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines for system and component-level validation. This includes driving the implementation of validation infrastructure, designing and executing test cases across the validation lifecycle, and championing AI-assisted development tool adoption.

The Program Execution Team Lead will drive cross-functional teams, including project management, architecture, and engineering, to deliver high-performance, scalable networking solutions on time and within budget. This role involves leading end-to-end execution, managing timelines and budgets across multiple projects, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

The engineer will collaborate with various teams to develop platform and board-level architecture, select components, and create necessary engineering documentation like schematics and test source code. Responsibilities also include supporting investigations, developing troubleshooting tools for production failures, and assisting software teams with firmware integration.

The role involves driving innovation by being responsible for messaging, positioning, and creating assets that communicate the value proposition for Cornelis' suite of networking products. Key tasks include creating product collateral, collaborating with engineering on positioning, analyzing market trends, and developing go-to-market strategies.
