The Account Executive, HR Solutions will manage sales activities, grow contract volume, support outreach efforts, and collaborate with teams to drive revenue growth while maintaining relationships with HR executives.
Design, build, and own cloud-native fullstack systems across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Implement scalable APIs and event-driven services, maintain React/TypeScript frontends, improve CI/CD, diagnose production issues, and mentor engineers.
Perform deep discovery and analysis of system architecture, data flows, and integrations (especially Salesforce); document findings; identify automation and integration opportunities; translate discoveries into product backlogs, partner with Engineering to deliver solutions, define success metrics, and support QA and product operations.
