The primary responsibility is guiding prospective adult students through the University’s admissions process using counseling, sales, and soft skills to facilitate enrollment. This involves applying proven marketing and inside sales techniques in a call center environment to achieve and exceed monthly enrollment goals.

The Student Service Advisor guides and assists students toward successful degree completion and attainment of educational goals, acting as a key component in student retention and persistence. Duties include answering student questions via various communication methods regarding registration, financial aid, and academic progress, as well as initiating proactive outreach to assess intervention needs.
