The specialist will act as the primary product point of contact, translating client vision into actionable roadmaps while leading the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch. Key duties include directing tactical execution of CX initiatives, providing mentorship to junior staff, and tracking product performance metrics.

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for eliciting and documenting detailed functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders and creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams for the development team. Key tasks also include performing gap analysis and analyzing market trends in the D2C nutrition space to inform the product roadmap.
