CFG Health Network

The clinician will provide direct care through individual, family, and group counseling, developing individualized treatment plans and performing case management for their caseload. Responsibilities also include active participation in the multi-disciplinary treatment team, accurate record keeping, and acting as a liaison between the client/family and external organizations.
