Key duties include managing the operational marketing budget, delivering channel-level P&L reporting, and owning the measurement and attribution infrastructure.
This role owns end-to-end profitable customer acquisition across paid media, creative performance, on-site conversion, data measurement, and lifecycle marketing, building a repeatable growth system grounded in unit economics and profit. Key duties include P&L ownership for performance marketing, leading channel strategy, building rigorous measurement and experimentation engines, and leading team buildout.
