The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for building and scaling the Company App Platform, delivering features like care plans, calendars, and chat engineered for reliability and scalability, primarily using Golang and Python for back-end development. This role also involves partnering with cross-functional teams, writing and reviewing code/tests, deploying improvements via modern CI/CD, and mentoring junior engineers.

This role involves architecting and building robust, scalable, and secure data pipelines utilizing Databricks, Apache Spark, and various AWS Cloud services. The individual will also collaborate cross-functionally, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to enforce engineering excellence.

The Learning Experience Partner is responsible for designing, curating, and delivering scalable learning experiences to support employee development and engagement, including managing the LMS and new hire onboarding programming. This role involves creating engaging learning materials, facilitating sessions, and collaborating with subject matter experts to identify and address learning needs.

The Manager, Care Management directs care management operations and leads a team to deliver services that engage, motivate, and educate family caregivers supporting complex individuals, ensuring high-quality service delivery compliant with all state, program, and accreditation requirements. This role involves managing clinical and non-clinical care managers across the continuum of care, including assessment, planning, coordination, and evaluation of services.
