The Customer Success Manager will act as a trusted partner, owning the post-sale relationship, driving product adoption, and proactively managing account health to mitigate churn risk across a diverse customer portfolio. This role involves using data to inform strategy, collaborating with internal teams for seamless customer experience, and identifying opportunities for expansion and advocacy.

The specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues via phone, email, and chat, diagnosing and resolving complex integration challenges for clients. They will also guide customers on implementing Avinode Group APIs and contribute to support documentation.
