This role leads the company’s employee and labor relations strategy across all locations, managing collective bargaining, contract administration, and grievance resolution for unionized locations while driving proactive employee relations across non-union sites. Responsibilities also include overseeing workplace investigations and building a multi-state labor and employment compliance framework.
