The Solutions Engineer will partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to design and deliver solutions demonstrating the value of the Performance Enablement platform to Enterprise customers. This involves engaging with HR and business leaders to translate strategic vision into functional solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

The role involves managing multiple concurrent customer implementation projects for enterprise clients, from initiation to completion, and consulting with stakeholders on necessary change management for successful roll-outs. Key duties include leading workshops to design performance enablement programs and serving as a Subject Matter Expert on various corporate HR performance topics.

The role involves designing, developing, and enhancing core features of the data and AI platform, focusing on robust, scalable, and resilient cloud distributed services. Responsibilities also include championing best practices in platform engineering, troubleshooting performance bottlenecks, and contributing to the evolution of platform architecture.

Enterprise Account Executives are responsible for engaging with Human Resources and IT/Internal Systems teams at large companies to introduce the Betterworks Performance Management software suite. They must manage every stage of complex new logo sales cycles, building multi-threaded relationships from Manager through the C-Suite.
