The primary focus is converting existing free users to paid subscribers through high-volume outbound calling and follow-up via phone and email. Additionally, the representative will experiment with and develop strategies to increase user conversions, documenting all activities in the CRM.

The role involves the day-to-day management of a portfolio of communities, handling homeowner inquiries, coordinating maintenance with vendors, and preparing necessary communications and notices for residents. This includes attending evening board and budget meetings and performing on-site inspections.
