This role supports the public charter school finance practice by building financial projection models for school systems and analyzing key metrics to assess forward-looking financial health. The associate will also draft communication and recommendation materials for clients, often with supervisor oversight.

The Senior Director will directly advise school leaders, boards, and executives on critical financial decisions to improve sustainability, governance, and forecasting accuracy. This involves independently leading projects, managing client relationships, and developing financial projections and analyses.
