The Program Supervisor will oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery, including conducting functional assessments and developing/implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Treatment Plans. Responsibilities also involve serving as the clinical lead, supervising Behavior Technicians, monitoring client progress via data analysis, and providing essential family training and support.
