The administrator will primarily manage the Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) LMS, handling course uploads, user accounts, system configurations, and ensuring content meets Section 508 accessibility standards. Key duties also involve generating training reports, maintaining data accuracy, and serving as the main point of contact for LMS inquiries from DHA stakeholders.
The role involves coordinating working groups, developing detailed design documents and storyboards for web-based training, and supporting subject-matter experts with instructional design processes and adult learning theory. Responsibilities also include coordinating outreach for resource assessment, developing standardized reporting, and planning/writing briefs and reports related to education and training.
