Job Description
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the commercial washing machine sector.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the commercial market effectively.
• Identify, search and develop the target potential commercial laundry distributors and dealers in OPL, M/H and laundromat areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Manage and support distributors across North America (USA, Canada)
• Develop long-term partnerships and ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to align on objectives and feedback.
• Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to senior management.
• Collaborate with the operations and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of laundry services to clients.
• Conduct in-person or virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
• Continuously assess market conditions, competitors, and potential areas for expansion or improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; no specific major required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the commercial laundry distribution business. Professional or multiload sales experience is preferable.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in managing accounts and business relationships
- Strong knowledge and deep understanding of the commercial washing machine market, including customer segments, buying behaviors, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and create actionable strategies.
- Willingness to travel (50%)
- A global mindset with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in an international business environment.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of the commercial sales initiative.
