This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate advanced 3D design and BIM initiatives across multiple engineering projects. As a 3D Designer Lead/BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and refining detailed engineering drawings

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of 3D design engineering experience, or Associates degree with 6+ years, or 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with 2D and 3D design software including AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks; familiarity with Inventor and Bluebeam is a plus
- Extensive experience with 3D space and BIM coordination, including Revit family creation and model integration
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, standards, and codes for the assigned discipline, with awareness of related disciplines
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing or coordinating teams of engineers/designers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to travel 10–15% as required for project and client needs
