Role Description
This role involves providing high-quality care to patients through a telemedicine platform as a staff level clinician.
- Consult and treat patients experiencing a variety of conditions
- Proactively check in with patients on their treatment plans
- Collaborate cross-functionally for operational support as needed
- Respond to patient messages and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Provide feedback to improve quality of care and operational processes
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Active MD/DO license with board certification in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- At least two (2) years of telehealth experience, significant experience in weight management or mental health
- Multiple state licenses required; must have at least 10 licenses
- Must be able to work at least one (1) weekend shift a month
- Must be able to work 4 holidays and holiday weekends annually
- Physicians are required to have collaborative agreements with up to 10 Advanced Practice Providers
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- No restrictions to be credentialed with Medicaid or other payers
- Able to deliver to patients empathetic high-quality care
- Passionate about patient education
- Willingness to work across various conditions/service lines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is a plus

- The base pay range for this position is $226,560 - $311,520 per year
