Role Description
Supervises day-to-day operations of the clinical trials management system accounts receivable team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Cultivates a top-tier team by identifying skill gaps and facilitating targeted training in clinical trials management system navigation and advanced collections strategies.
- Oversees clinical research billing and collections processes to ensure timely revenue capture and optimal cash flow.
- Analyzes accounts receivable aging reports and clinical trials management system financial metrics to provide leadership with actionable data-driven insights, serving as a key advisor on fiscal health.
- Fosters collaborative relationships and seamless communication across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to synchronize financial reporting with clinical trial activities.
Qualifications
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Requirements
- Extensive background in the clinical research revenue cycle.
- Strong foundational understanding of clinical trial agreements.
- Experience with a major clinical trial management system (Clinical Conductor preferred).
