Role Description
You’ll join our Xplor Pay vertical and the team that develops a complete range of payments solutions including point-of-sale, ecommerce, mobile, in-app, recurring billing, e-invoicing, and auto-reconciliation to make a real impact every day. - Reporting into the Senior Manager of Partner Launch, you will help us onboard partners and project manage the onboarding process.
- Develop understanding of available Integration options, features, and benefits.
- Develop understanding of Partners’ organizations, including roles/responsibilities, key stakeholders, and decision makers.
- Become educated on Partners’ business models and help determine go to market strategies.
- Build relationships through recurring communication with Partners (weekly calls/email/Slack).
- Train Partners on available Xplor resources such as Partner Home, Merchant Home, Virtual Terminal, and Campus to promote self-service.
- Understand and communicate Product features and benefits to Partners.
- Introduce partners to relevant Xplor teams and resources so they have an understanding of our organization and the best ways to leverage the partnership.
- Complete Partner Onboarding process including all documented steps and track dates of completion.
- Successfully complete the Partner’s Integration Certification and lead Partner through beta phase.
- Provide all necessary documentation and education for a successful handoff to long-term Partner Development Manager.
- Identify potential Marketing opportunities for long-term Partner Development Manager to implement.
- The average base salary pay range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000
- May be eligible for monthly bonus
- Location: This is a 100% remote position available to candidates located in the U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
Qualifications
- Must have payments experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service and/or related field.
- At least 2 years related experience managing ISV Partners preferred.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft programs.
