Role Description
The Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in the recruitment process by supporting the front-end stages of hiring for Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs).
- Screen CVs and conduct pre-interviews
- Verify candidate qualifications
- Post jobs and follow up with applicants on required documentation
- Hand over qualified candidates to the next stage of the recruitment process
PLEASE NOTE:
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM South African time – subject to change)
- Work on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA)
- Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory
- Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages
- Work Environment: This is a fully remote working role

- Proficient with MS Office and Outlook
- Background in recruitment support, sourcing, or coordination
- Experience in healthcare, ABA therapy, or Healthcare recruitment is highly advantageous, but not required
