Role Description

As a pivotal member of our nascent engineering team, you'll:

• Work closely with the CEO and CTO to bring products from 0 to 1
• Have the autonomy to steer key architectural decisions and institute engineering best practices
• Dive into exciting greenfield initiatives: from crafting intuitive UIs for customer facing products and internal tools to facilitate human-in-the-loop AI, to developing scalable backend systems and state-of-the-art machine learning models
• Shape our company values and define our engineering culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent hands-on experience in a software development role
• 4+ years of deep experience with React, NextJS, Typescript, or 5+ years of overall frontend development

Requirements

• Ownership & Drive: Take full responsibility for project deliverables, demonstrate initiative, and proactively solve challenges
• Technical Mastery: 4+ years of deep experience with React, NextJS, Typescript, or 5+ years of overall frontend development
• Problem-Solving: Navigate engineering tradeoffs effectively, balancing speed with quality
• Design Insight: Ability to interpret product discussions, identify UI/UX needs, and create initial mock-ups or wireframes
