Job Description
• Review transactions and account behavior to determine compliance with policies and regulations
• Organize and complete internal examinations and investigations
• Investigate alerts, prepare case summaries, and document recommendations for SARs
• Compile relevant documents to support investigative conclusions
• Partner with Due Diligence team to identify high-risk members
• Provide guidance to business units on BSA/AML/CFT requirements
• Review industry trends and new business types to identify potential threats
• Inform Program leadership of notable changes in member behavior
• Assist with implementing new or updated procedures
• Provide appropriate information to law enforcement agencies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work or educational experience
- 5 years of BSA/AML, bank audit, compliance or banking operations experience
- 3 years of experience in financial crime investigations required
- CAMS Certification or ACFCS Certification required
- Solid understanding of BSA/AML/CFT/OFAC related regulations and practical application required
- Organizational, analytical, and investigative skills required
