Role Description
We are seeking a hands-on Head of Marketing to define Aracor’s market positioning and drive early traction as we launch.
This is a 0→1 leadership role focused on:
- Refining GTM strategy and marketing execution
- Activating our existing network
- Supporting early pipeline generation
- Building the marketing foundation for scale
You will work closely with the rest of the executive team and directly with our Head of Sales to drive early revenue. You will lead our existing marketing resources (CRM/HubSpot and content) and set overall marketing direction, strategy, and execution priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and track goals for the marketing organization
- Refine Aracor’s positioning, category narrative, and core messaging
- Identify and prioritize ICP segments (VC, PE, M&A, Corporate Development)
- Design and execute structured market activation strategies (design partners, pilot cohorts, targeted outreach, curated events)
- Develop sales enablement materials and core marketing assets to support early deal cycles
- Oversee website, brand, and content strategy
- Establish marketing KPIs tied directly to pipeline and revenue
- Partner closely with Head of Sales to align messaging, outreach, and funnel execution
- Manage and scale the marketing function as traction grows
Qualifications
- Experience leading marketing at a B2B SaaS company from pre-revenue or <$1M ARR to repeatable pipeline
- Demonstrated ownership of go-to-market strategy and execution
- Experience marketing to legal, financial services, enterprise software, or other relationship-driven buyers with longer sales cycles
- Track record of generating qualified pipeline in close partnership with sales leadership
- Experience managing CRM-driven marketing (HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to operate hands-on in a small, fast-moving team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling messaging
