Role Description
As the GSI Partners Manager, you will be the driving force behind our global partnership growth. This is a high-impact, player-coach leadership position, reporting to the VP of Global Partners. You will own the execution of our Global Systems Integrator (GSI) strategy globally and lead a dynamic team of global GSI Managers. Beyond team leadership, you will directly manage two key strategic accounts, working closely with Partner Marketing and Sales to dramatically scale our impact and solidify Camunda’s market leadership in the region.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the GSI Partner Manager team, fostering a culture of high performance to meet and exceed partner-sourced and partner-involved revenue targets.
- Own the accountability for the execution of our GSI strategy globally, translating objectives into actionable regional success.
- Facilitate a consistent process for partner management—including acquisition, go-to-market plans, quarterly business reviews, and marketing campaigns—to deliver predictable revenue streams.
- Analyze and manage territory performance using SFDC metrics, delivering clear insights and strategic recommendations on partner performance to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in Partner Management, Business Development, or related fields within the enterprise software industry.
- Demonstrated track record of leading regional partner engagement strategies that consistently exceeded revenue targets in the global market.
- Proven ability to balance team leadership responsibilities with the direct management of strategic GSI relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the proven ability to manage business performance across multiple territories and communicate results effectively.

- Strong executive presence and a proven ability to lead and facilitate C-level interactions.
