Job Description
• Lead and optimize staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution across operational teams
• Analyze operational performance metrics and KPIs, identify opportunities for process improvement through workflow analysis
• Establish and enforce rigorous compliance guidelines and quality control processes
• Investigate operational incidents, address stakeholder concerns, and implement corrective actions
• Facilitate effective communication, foster a continuous improvement culture, encourage innovation
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience
- Strong preference for experience managing large-scale medical practices, clinical teams, or high-volume healthcare operations
- Demonstrated excellence in:
