Role Description

This role involves coordinating the scheduling of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions for clients and therapists.

  • Coordinate the scheduling of ABA therapy sessions for clients and therapists.
  • Communicate effectively with families to confirm therapy schedules and address any concerns.
  • Match therapists to clients based on expertise, availability, and individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records in the system.
  • Monitor therapist availability and manage last-minute changes to ensure continuity of care.
  • Work closely with clinical staff to ensure compliance with treatment plans and scheduling protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being responsive to client inquiries and needs.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in a relevant field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in scheduling or coordination within a healthcare or ABA setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and staff.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Passion for contributing to the well-being and development of clients receiving ABA therapy.
  • Comfortable working U.S. hours.
