• Specialize in supporting a key client's business needs through recruitment
• Execute full cycle recruitment processes while providing exceptional service
• Advocate for candidates to prepare them for employment
• Drive client satisfaction by delivering on commitments
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience in RPO or corporate recruiting highly preferred
- Strong ability to source, assess, and engage talent across multiple positions
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting updates to stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and manage workload efficiently
- Manufacturing industry recruiting experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
