• Own full-cycle recruiting for designated roles across multiple functions, from intake through offer acceptance • Partner directly with hiring managers to define what “best-in-industry” looks like and calibrate on level, competencies, and success metrics • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to proactively engage high-caliber talent • Represent Grüns in the market with authenticity and excitement, clearly articulating our mission, culture, and growth trajectory • Drive urgency across every search while protecting quality and alignment • Maintain a high-touch, high-transparency candidate experience from first outreach through close • Track pipeline health, hiring metrics, and time-to-fill, using data to inform prioritization and process improvements • Maintain Greenhouse with exceptional data integrity and process rigor • Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Support onboarding and cross-functional People initiatives as needed
