- Coordinate data preparation, environment setup, and access provisioning to support test execution
- Lead, coordinate, and oversee all System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Facilitate daily test stand-ups and defect triage sessions
- Coordinate with expert business users who will create and execute the majority of test scripts
- Ensure full validation of end-to-end business processes across integrated systems
- Partner closely with distributed SAP, integration, business, and vendor teams
- Manage the entire defect lifecycle—logging, prioritization, assignment, escalation, retesting, and closure
- Track and report key quality metrics including execution progress, defect trends, and risk indicators
- Collaborate with development and integration teams to expedite defect resolution
- Deliver clear, concise, and data-driven status updates to project leadership and key business stakeholders
- Prepare dashboards, summaries, and go/no-go recommendations suitable for executive audiences

- Maintain testing documentation, standards, templates, and processes
- Contribute to cutover planning and post-implementation validation activities
- Identify opportunities to enhance testing approaches and drive ongoing improvement
