Role Description

In this role, you will be a critical enabler of program success. You will:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across multiple time zones
  • Handle expense reconciliation, travel arrangements, and documentation with accuracy and speed
  • Support program and delivery directors by tracking open tasks, driving follow-ups, and ensuring timely action
  • Maintain program documentation, reports, and communications with clarity and consistency
  • Coordinate cross-team priorities to keep a large transformation initiative on track
  • Adapt quickly to shifting needs, providing proactive support in a fast-paced and occasionally ambiguous environment

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leadership
  • 2+ years of project coordination or program support experience
  • Strong skills in calendar management, travel coordination, and expense tracking
  • Expertise in Microsoft Suite – MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, and CoPilot
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization
  • Proven reliability, follow-through, and accountability for completing assigned tasks

Requirements

  • Experience supporting large transformation programs or complex enterprise initiatives (bonus)
  • Experience managing multiple leaders or navigating matrixed environments (bonus)
  • Additional experience with project management tools or reporting (bonus)

Education & Certifications You Need

  • No formal degree required; equivalent experience is highly valued
  • Project coordination or administrative certifications are a plus but not required
