Role Description

This role manages and optimizes complex advertising workflows, campaign operations, and cross-platform delivery strategies across digital and linear channels. It leads a high-performing team while contributing to strategic planning, technical integration, and cross-departmental collaboration. It requires solid analytical capabilities, people leadership, and a deep understanding of advertising technologies, operations, and fulfillment best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience.

Requirements

  • Leading a team of supervisors and professionals executing multi-platform advertising campaigns.
  • Ensuring full lifecycle delivery across linear and digital media.
  • Overseeing and enhancing the end-to-end implementation of ad copy, creative, and media assets.
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Monitoring campaign pacing, performance, and inventory usage.
  • Managing traffic operations including upload, schedule creation, verification, and reporting.
  • Driving implementation of new tools, technologies, and workflows.
  • Acting as a strategic partner to sales, marketing, technology, and operations teams.
  • Evaluating campaign delivery issues and deploying operational solutions.
  • Mentoring and developing team members through regular coaching and performance feedback.
  • Contributing to strategic planning and department initiatives.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key operational and performance metrics.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance; must be able to work nights and weekends.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
