Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Project Manager – Shockwave Medical to join our team. The position is FULLY REMOTE and can sit anywhere in the US.
This role serves as the operational hub for marketing review and approvals to drive efficiency, consistency and compliant delivery of promotional assets. A key focus of this position is leading and managing the ad promo review workflow, including:
- Reviewer coordination
- Routing
- Training
- Quality oversight
The Project Manager will also co-own the creative workflow platform, streamline processes, enhance cross‑functional collaboration and support both brand marketing and marketing operation’s needs.
Qualifications
- College degree (BA or equivalent)
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably with agency and/or healthcare or other highly regulated industry experience
- Strong understanding of marketing and creative workflows
- Proficiency with project management software; experience with Lytho strongly preferred
- Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems required
- Experience managing complex review processes in regulated industries
- Excellent organization, communication and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable adapting to evolving processes and business needs
