Job Description

• Provide data-driven insights and enhance the employee experience by leading workflow optimization • Map current-state workflows across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance cycles • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to processes • Lead cross-functional PX initiatives from intake to execution • Translate requests into structured, testable requirements • Execute clean handoffs when work falls outside PX ownership

Job Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in People Operations, HR Operations, People Experience, HR Business Analysis, or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience supporting Workday-enabled processes (HCM experience required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in people operations, employee experience, change management, or journey mapping
  • Background in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
